Visiting the website

This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network AG in Switzerland.

When you visit the website, data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and information about your browser and operating system may be processed in server log files for technical reasons. This data serves the secure and reliable operation of the website and the detection of technical problems, and is not used for advertising or analytics.

Fonts, images and videos are delivered directly by this website. No external content from Google, YouTube or social networks is embedded.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics or advertising services and sets no tracking cookies.

For the back navigation on project pages, your browser's session storage is used. The previous page is stored locally on your device so that you can return to the original overview after viewing a project. This information is not sent to any external service and remains available only in session storage.

Contact requests

If you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process the details you provide, in particular your name, your email address and the information about your project.

I use this data exclusively to answer your request, clarify questions and, if needed, prepare a quote.

The contact form is transmitted via the Infomaniak web server. The message is forwarded to my mailbox at Infomaniak. As long as no further services are used, processing takes place without any additional external sending platform.

To protect against spam, the server stores a non-reversible value derived from your IP address for no more than 24 hours, to limit too many requests in a short time.

Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed and no legal retention obligations apply. If we work together, I keep business-relevant records in line with the applicable legal retention obligations, usually ten years for accounting records.

Links to social networks

This website contains links to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Only when you click such a link do you switch to the respective provider. From that point on, their privacy policy applies. I have no influence on the data processing there.

Your rights

Under the applicable data protection law, you have in particular the right to request information about the processing of your personal data and to have incorrect data corrected or data deleted, unless legal obligations or overriding interests prevent this.
