How it works

Process

  1. Request

    You tell me briefly what you have in mind and what you want to achieve. I usually get back to you within 24 hours.

  2. Quote

    We discuss your wishes, the scope and the timeline. You get a transparent quote with the agreed services and costs.

  3. Production

    I plan and carry out the shoot with camera, light and sound, tailored to your project and the effect you want.

  4. Post-production

    I handle editing, color grading and sound design. One bundled round of revisions is included.

  5. Delivery

    You get the final files via download link in the agreed formats and within the confirmed timeframe.

Good to know

Terms

  • Revisions: One bundled round of revisions is included. Further changes and extra services are quoted on request.
  • Usage rights: The agreed use of the finished content for your communication and publishing is included. Scope and any limits are set out in the quote.
  • Payment: For orders from CHF 1,000 a 50 % deposit is due when the order is placed. The rest is payable as invoiced. Payment is due within 20 days unless agreed otherwise.
  • Travel: Travel within Switzerland is generally included. For longer distances or unusual travel effort, any extra costs are shown in the quote in advance.
  • Productions abroad: Travel and accommodation are agreed separately and paid by the client. The minimum order for productions abroad is CHF 1,200.
  • Express delivery: Faster delivery is possible subject to availability, at a 30 % surcharge.
  • Series: From three firmly booked events, a 10 % series discount on the agreed production services is possible with matching planning.
  • Long-term work: Individual terms are possible for regular productions and long-term partnerships.
  • VAT: byRobin is not subject to Swiss VAT. No VAT is charged.

All services, dates and any extra costs are agreed transparently before production starts.
